Design Consultations and Quotations

Orders and Deposits
For bespoke projects, a deposit may be required before manufacturing or installation begins.
- Production will not commence until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has started.
Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement.
Bespoke Nature of Products
All fitted furniture and interiors are made to measure.
Due to the bespoke nature of our services:
- Minor variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish may occur.
- Digital visuals and samples are indicative only.
These variations do not constitute defects.
Cancellations
Orders for bespoke items may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
If cancellation is requested prior to production, reasonable costs incurred up to that stage may be deducted from any refund.
Installation
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Material availability
- Site readiness
- Unforeseen structural issues
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible and ready prior to the agreed installation date.
Warranty
We provide a workmanship guarantee on installation for a reasonable period following completion (specific terms may be provided within your project agreement).
This warranty does not cover:
- Alterations carried out by third parties
- General wear and tear
- Misuse or accidental damage
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the contract for the relevant project.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, visuals, and concepts produced by Central Bedrooms and Kitchens remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Designs may not be shared, reproduced, or used for manufacture by third parties without written consent.
